An evening full of small tastings and a big promise: Every guest will taste one of the ingredients for the first time. Starting in Berlin/Brandenburg we will travel around the world and will get to know culinary rarities from different regions. Simple food like salt, olive oil or ham will be presented in the most beautiful way. So we can taste powder salt from the deepest point of the sea, fog made of vinegar or Carpaccio of Pata Negra, accompanied by wines. You can expect a high culinary evening, which will get you excited about special things on a simple way- an experience which will hold for a long time.
